Katie is one of those recruiters that does her best to really get under the skin of what a company needs and what skills and values her candidates have. This leads to the right people being placed in the right roles. I was lucky enough to be a candidate when the right role came up. Katie reached out to me directly and supported me through the recruitment and onboarding processes for a senior contract position. Throughout my time in that contract and subsequently, Katie has continued to support me and take an interest in my current career and role needs. Even if she doesn't have something that fits the bill, she will work in the background to gather information and provide support for wider job search activities.
